Nose : Quite soft and round, with a buttery presence and a smoky kind of farm vegetation. Pretty monolithic at first. An autumn fruit basket and a citrus fruits presence in the background with hints of chocolate. Milk caramel then takes over – candy. We also find menthol and chili.
With airing, the cocoa becomes dominant leaving as a bonus some fresh pears on a straw bed.
Mouth : The entry in mouth begins on malted and caramelized chocolate, before it gets pushed by pure cocoa giving it a bitter touch.
Finish : Milk chocolate and hazelnuts are linked with humid grass and a dash of blackcurrant. Balanced with lightly salted peat whiffs. Of medium length.
