Nose : Pretty dusty, dense, with milk chocolate, orange and precious wood notes. Then there is a lot of peanut, some small notes of caramelized carrots and leaks (pretty old school), and also a few sulfur and metal notes. The opening also offers a bit of floral honey, dried pineapple and farm concentrated milk. An imperfect nose, not ultra-powerful but very intriguing, especially through its « peanut » dominant.
Mouth : Quite a lot of orange and dark chocolate still with a little trace of precious wood, of pineapple (very light) and of floral honey. It is a bit alcoholic and the texture remains shifty despite a seemingly roundness in the mouth entry (too bad). With a bit of water we also find a bit of chestnut and a more pronounced wood (less interesting). Unconventional, but not really balanced.
Finish : Not extremely long (but honest) on dark chocolate, but the lingual sensation is pretty interesting given that we sense an oscillating persistence all over the mouth, like a veil blown by the wind. With water, it becomes really (too) short. The aftertaste rejoins with the carrots and the pineapple.
