Nose : dry apple, a bit of cream (pastry at first), cork and red grape. It remains slightly astringent. In the end of the nose, we perceive some animal iodine. The nose advances carefully without any jumps. It’s not that pleasant.
Mouth : The alcohol is vivid but the flavors seem contained. Well salted on spicy bitterness, white fruits and barley. The frugal aspect succumbs to the saline assault. A harmful little unbalance.
Finish : Quite short on white tea. Once again, the herbaceous tone leaves place to a meatier side, as a peatier touch and mostly very salty in the aftertaste.
