Nose : We start on creamy notes with grass and tobacco, floral honey but also bergamot. The fruitiness then evolves towards banana before bakery scents arrive to our nostrils. If we sense a kind of olfactory grease, we have a quite pared-down profile, not explosive but well in shape. A bit frustrating at the moment. The opening favors white flowers, peaches and reinforces the bergamot. This little latency time brings us an aromatic constance.
Mouth : The mouth is pretty warm and the texture quite pleasant. It’s not a real explosion but flavors spreading from time to time. We perceive a bit of pomegranate and banana with a bit of milk caramel. The second part of the mouth throws us on peach notes escorted by white pepper and a bit of bergamot. It is pretty direct, balanced even if it is a mouth that doesn’t strike the mind.
Finish : It is of good length, with red currant, spices (pepper) and a bit of undergrowth vegetation (fern, dead leaves). The aftertaste gets back on the red currant in a simpler way.
